How it all started (and restarted)

I started my career as a blood bowl coach when I was fourteen. A friend of mine borrowed the (3ed) game from his cousin and we started playing. He with the orcs and I played with the humans. We both loved the game and got the metal teams for both races. We even organised (mostly my friend) local tournaments. All in all, great fun.
Sadly, it had an end. As we started high school, we went to different schools and as it is in the age, started to hang out with different groups etc. My career as a blood bowl coach was over, for now.

Later, at university, out of nostalgy, I bought a used (3ed) game. I also found my old metal humans (the Marauders box), but I never played with them until I recently found my stuff again. They were in one of the moving boxes that I took with me when I moved to another country. Strike of faith? Maybe.
As it were, I ended my career as an American football player due to age and injuries, found the blood bowl box and searched for leagues here in Berlin. Decided to give it a go and I haven't looked back.

I'm now on my second season here and looking forward to my third one, as well as my first in another local league. This year, I also started going to international tournaments like the NAFC. it's been great.

I thought I'd share my thought, ideas, painting and good fun moving forward. Thanks for reading this far and see you around.
